Exchange Process
Sizes can be exchanged within 2 days of delivery, they must be sent back to our Karachi address for the dispatch of the new size. All sale orders are final & cannot be exchanged.
No Refund policy
The shoes cannot be returned once they are sold, strict no refund policy.
Condition of Exchange Items
To qualify for an exchange, the shoes must be in their original condition, unworn, and undamaged. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the shoes show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
